Before she represents Canada on the world stage, Iris So is pouring for you!
Iris placed among the top in the country at the 2026 Canadian Latte Art Championship, and will be representing Canada at the World Latte Art Championship in San Diego on April 10th (next week!). Before she heads to the World stage, we're hosting an intimate Latte Art Showcase at The Roasters Pack Lab — a send-off for Canada's best.
Book a time slot and receive a handcrafted latte poured by Iris herself. You'll choose between two of her competition designs—the Peacock or the Macaw—and she'll walk you through the art and technique behind each pour.
It's not every day you get a latte from one of Canada's best! Come be part of the send-off before she heads to Worlds.
How It Works
- Select your preferred time slot and purchase your ticket ($12 CAD). This covers the cost of your drink (and reserves your time slot).
- Arrive at The Roasters Pack Lab at your scheduled time
- Choose your design on the day—Peacock or Macaw
- Watch Iris pour your latte and hear the story behind her competition designs
- Enjoy your one-of-a-kind latte (45 minutes per seating).

Maximum Seating Duration: 45 Minutes
Reservations are fixed per seat and includes one latte, and also acts as a non-refundable no-show fee. You have up to 24 hours from your appointment time to cancel the booking and receive a full refund for your deposit.Â
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Parking is limited in the area—however, it is a 5 minute walk from the Lansdowne TTC station.

What is this event?
A special Latte Art Showcase featuring Iris So, who will be representing Canada at the 2026 World Latte Art Championship. Iris will pour a competition-level latte art design just for you and walk you through the artistry behind it.
When is it?
Saturday, April 4th, 2026. Select your preferred time slot at checkout.
Where is it?
The Roasters Pack Lab — 87 Wade Avenue, Suite 101, Toronto. The entrance is on Paton Road.
How much does it cost?
$12 CAD per latte. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
What designs can I choose from?
Iris has prepared two designs for the World Latte Art Championship: the Peacock and the Macaw. You'll get to choose which one she pours for you.
Do you offer non-dairy options for milk?
Oat milk is available upon request.
I don't drink coffee. Are you serving other beverages?
With your ticket, the only other non-coffee option we're able to provide is one can of Zamalek soda. Because this event is to showcase Iris' latte art for the world stage with detailed specifications on the coffee, we are unfortunately not serving decaf coffee or non-coffee items like matcha or chai.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot for a full refund.
Is parking available?
Parking is limited in the area. We recommend taking public transit — we're a 5-minute walk from Lansdowne station.
