Crafted from 100% high-quality Uji Matcha, this premium tea is traditionally stone-ground to perfection. Selecting only the finest, spring-harvested "first-flush" leaves. Grown in traditional shaded tea gardens, the leaves are shielded from sunlight before harvest.
It hits all the right notes: bold, savoury umami balanced by a soft, natural sweetness and an ultra-velvety texture. It’s rich, deeply comforting, and an absolute joy to whisk up.
