This coffee comes from Alternate Route Coffee Co. out of Edmonton, AB, and it's a fun one! It's a blend featuring a green apple and wine yeast co-fermented lot from Jairo Arcila’s Santa Monica farm, balanced by a clean, versatile washed coffee from Nariño, Colombia. In the cup, you can expect vibrant notes of green apple, tropical Skittles, and sparkling cider, all backed by a rich maple syrup sweetness.
