Papua New Guinea brings a rich, chocolatey body with citrus complexity, while Indonesia's Rani Mayasari (one of the most talented producers in West Java) contributes a dried red fruit sweetness through her anaerobic natural processing.

2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse, something that only comes around once every 60 years. It's a year of high energy and bold moves, and this medium roast blend matches that spirit — balanced enough for every day (filter or espresso), but with enough complexity to keep every cup interesting.
