Despite its natural process, this coffee hits the perfect balance of fruit ripeness in a sense—it is less jammy and sweet, ripe fruit, and rather more crisp and fresh grapes and sparkling pomegranate.
Grown by meticulously by long-time coffee producer Samuel Zavala, this coffee is a testament to his expertise. With a remarkable track record at the Cup of Excellence, Samuel has consistently clinched top ranks in Nicaragua's coffee scene, securing 2nd place in 2021, 7th in 2022, and 5th in 2023.
