Masala Chai 60% Dark Milk Chocolate:

This chocolate bar may be packed with spices (cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, ginger, and Assam tea), but it is approachable. The sweetness of the dark milk chocolate brings a perfect balance to your tastebuds.

Ingredients: organic cocoa, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, whole milk powder, & spices. 

Assam Tea 50% Milk Chocolate:

If you're a fan of chocolate and tea, then you're going to love these bars. They're crafted with lots of care and each bite is like a journey to the beautiful tea gardens of Assam, India. The strong and rich flavor of Assam tea blends perfectly with the sweetness of milk chocolate, creating a delightful balance.

Colombia 85% Dark Chocolate:

This chocolate isn't just any chocolate; it's got a rich history as deep as its flavour, dating all the way back to 1820. The cacao has a unique taste of dried cherries and chocolate pudding, and the finished chocolate has some acidity, but it is matched nicely with the sweetness of the chocolate itself.

Matcha White Chocolate:

With every bite of this chocolate bar, you will feel like you're savouring a matcha latte with a hint of honey. The sweetness is subtle, never overpowering your taste buds. And the matcha adds a richness and complexity that elevates the entire tasting experience.

Soul bakes their own chocolate cookies, then crushes them into delectable bits and generously sprinkle them onto each bar. The result is a perfect combination of sweetness and crunch that keeps you coming back for more. Trust us, these bars are very much worth a try. 

Ingredients: organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, whole milk powder, fresh milled flour from Brodflour, natural process cocoa powder, salt, & coconut oil. 

India 73% Dark Chocolate:

The flavour is like a burst of wildflower honey, dried apricots, and prune. It's a blend of sweet and fruity goodness in every bite. If you're looking for a treat for your taste buds, this is the one to try! Plus, the owners of Soul Chocolate, Kyle and Katie, personally met the people behind their Cacao in India!
