Brewer: Next Level-LVL-10 or any non-bypass brewers
Grind size: 900 microns (similar to cupping grind)
Coffee dose: 20g
Water: 340g total
Water temperature: 190°F (88°C)
Brewing Instructions:
0:00 - 0:30: Pour 340g of water, starting from the center and spiraling outward using the diffuser.
0:40: Remove the diffuser and gently stir the coffee bed twice with a WDT tool or fork.
Finish: Let the brew complete. Do not dilute.
