Agro Roasters

Agro Roasters kicked things off in 2016 when Marina (born and raised in Brazil with coffee in her veins) and Dusty (a longtime organic coffee guy) spotted a roaster for sale just a few blocks from home in East Van. They jumped on the chance—and just like that, Agro was born. Their Clark Drive café became a local hangout, but when the pandemic hit, they closed the doors and doubled down on roasting. Now based on Powell Street with a tight-knit crew, they’re all about sourcing sustainably, roasting with intention, and making specialty coffee approachable, transparent, and just really, really good.
