Craft chocolate, bean to bar chocolate, small batch chocolate, micro-batch chocolate. DesBarres Chocolate is all of these.

The Tupi 72% Dark Chocolate bar uses cacao from Kablon Farms in South Cotabato in the Philippines. We selected this bean because it delivers a nutty flavour that we had yet to include in the cacaos we use. With a base note of hazelnut and top note of tropical fruit, this creamy bar almost delivers a PB&J experience. 

The artwork on all of our bars highlight some of the geography, wildlife, or architecture of the regions where the cacao originates. The fertile region around Kablon Farms is shown here against the backdrop of Mount Matutum.
