This small-batch, made-to-order chocolate intends to highlight the unique origins of cacao (sounds familiar, eh?) and has been ethically sourced by Ryan over at Chachalate!

This chocolate has tasting notes of Mint, Raspberry, Cherry, & Plum!

This bar is a perfect medley of refreshing mint and rich Tanzanian chocolate. Made with real mint leaves, this bar is sweet, bright, and the perfect cold-weather treat. 

The cocoa beans used in this bar were grown by over 4,500 neighbouring farmers in the village of Mbingu (Kiswahili for Heaven), Tanzania. The beans were then carefully fermented at Kokoa Kamili, the central fermentary in the region. Chachalate then lightly roasted these beans to preserve and highlight their natural flavours (just like your favourite fruity coffees).

The chocolate is made without added preservatives, soy lecithin, vanilla, dairy, eggs, or gluten. They may contain traces of nuts or peanuts.
