Astrid Tea - Issho
"Hand harvested and shaded using the Honzu technique, this matcha is grown in the Uji region’s red clay soil. 100% stone milled and hand-picked, this matcha has the perfect amount of balance with a touch of pleasant astringency to compliment any type of milk."
Description
Meet Astrid Tea's Okita. Made from a custom blend of select cultivars from a 5th-generation, world-winning tea master, Issho is flavorful, refreshing, and well-balanced, with a bold shade of green. This premier matcha is smooth throughout, with an incredible fragrance, mild astringency, and a pleasant lingering aftertaste. We recommend Issho to bring freshness and brightness to your matcha lattes, smoothies or any confectionaries you desire.
Issho in Japanese means 'together', and to us this refined barista-grade matcha is meant as an introduction to matcha and to bring people together.
