Meet Kato Matcha, a ceremonial grade matcha green tea powder straight from the Katō Family in Uji, Kyoto to your cup. This is a perfectly smooth, ceremonial grade matcha powder (spring harvest) from the finest matcha growing region in Japan. Subtle and sweet. The Spring Harvest is regarded as the highest quality with very little astringency. It has a strong umami flavour with a delicate sweetness.

    Strong flavour and not bitter!

    This is perfect for lattes especially with oat milk, as regular milk can somewhat mask the taste and flavour of the matcha. It’s also a vibrant colour.
