Aikenka Matcha - Okumidori Grove
Description
Meet Aikenka's Ceremonial Okumidori. Okumidori isn’t a high-output cultivar. It grows more slowly and typically produces smaller yields, which is one reason it’s less common. Farms that grow it usually do so by choice, not convenience — favouring character over volume. A late cultivar yields high levels of amino acids and chlorophyll, giving Okumidori its vivid green color, rounded umami, and velvety mouthfeel. A bold & delicious taste.
