This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.

There are two (2) methods of entry:

Method 1 – Purchase Entry (Automatic):

During the Promotion Period, purchase a new 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription from www.theroasterspack.com. Each qualifying purchase will automatically generate one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

Method 2 – Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary – AMOE):

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: The Roasters Pack Inc., Attn: St. Patrick’s Day Giveaway, 87 Wade Ave, Unit 101 Toronto, ON, M6H1P5 . Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by March 17, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Roasters Pack reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. 

1. This promotion is available exclusively to customers who are purchasing a 3-month , 6-month or 12-month subscription for the first time. Customers must provide valid contact information and billing details to qualify for the promotion.
2. If the subscription is cancelled before the, 3, 6 or 12-month mark, your subscription will continue until the 3, 6 or 12 months have been fulfilled. 
3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
4. This offer is limited to one per new customer and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The Roasters Pack reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Grand Prize – Full Subscription Refund (random draw):

Seven (7) Grand Prize winners will each receive a full refund of their subscription purchase price. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize varies depending on the subscription tier purchased, ranging from approximately $35 CAD to $400 CAD. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is approximately up to $3500 CAD.

Free-entry (AMOE) winners who did not make a purchase will receive a prize of equivalent value in the form of a gift card to www.theroasterspack.com valued at the average subscription price across all tiers approximately up to $3000 CAD.

Winner Selection and Notification

On March 18, 2026, seven (7) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the date of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct up to three (3) alternate drawings.

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant may be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as required by Canadian law, and to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

General Conditions  

1.     By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2.     The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, bug, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

3.     The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

4.     If a subscription is cancelled before the full 3, 6, or 12-month term, the subscription will continue to be fulfilled until the end of the originally purchased term. This does not affect Sweepstakes eligibility. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time, provided such amendments do not materially affect the rights of entrants

Release and Limitations of Liability  

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (d) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in this Sweepstakes.

Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.theroasterspack.com/privacy-policy. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties except as necessary to administer this Sweepstakes or as required by law. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described herein and in the Privacy Policy.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city/province/state of residence, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

Disputes and Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, ON. By entering, each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
