2026 Coffee Advent Calendar Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Overview & Promotion Period

The 2026 Coffee Advent Calendar Origin Guess Contest (the "Contest") is hosted by The Roasters Pack. The contest entry period begins on December 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Contest Period"). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. Eligibility

  • Location & Age: Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

  • Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of The Roasters Pack and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest during the Contest Period:

  • Method 1: Purchase / Product Entry

    1. Open and taste the 26th coffee included in the 2026 Coffee Advent Calendar by The Roasters Pack.

    2. Submit your guess for the single origin (country of origin) of the Day 26 coffee via the official contest submission form on theroasterspack.com prior to 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2026.

  • Method 2: Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary) To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and your guess for the country of origin for the Day 26 coffee on a standard sheet of paper, and mail it in a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

    Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received no later than January 7, 2027 to be eligible for the draw.

  • Entry Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries submitted under the same order number, email, or mailing address will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection & Draw

  • Correct Guess Pool: All eligible participants who correctly identify the origin of the 26th coffee will be placed into a random drawing pool.

  • Random Draw: Six (6) distinct winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of correct entries within seven (7) business days following the close of the Contest Period.

  • Skill-Testing Question: Canadian residents drawn as potential winners must correctly answer an unassisted mathematical skill-testing question before being declared an official winner.

5. Prize Structure

A total of six (6) prize packages are available to be won:

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner):

    • 1 Year Coffee Subscription to The Roasters Pack (12 monthly deliveries)

    • The Complete Coffee Set Up Bundle ($500+ CAD value)

  • Runner-Up Prize (1 Winner):

    • 6 Month Coffee Subscription to The Roasters Pack (6 monthly deliveries)

    • The Complete Coffee Set Up Bundle ($500+ CAD value)

  • Secondary Winners (4 Winners):

    • 3 Month Coffee Subscription to The Roasters Pack (3 monthly deliveries)

    • $100 Digital Gift Card to theroasterspack.com

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and have no cash redemption value.

6. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their contest entry/advent calendar order within 10 business days of the draw date.

  • If a potential winner does not respond within 7 business days of initial outreach, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, that prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible pool of correct guesses.

7. General Conditions

  • Modifications: The Roasters Pack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest should technical glitches, fraud, or unforeseen issues compromise the fairness or integrity of the competition.

  • Currency: All cash values and gift cards referenced are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Privacy: Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the draw and prize fulfillment in accordance with The Roasters Pack Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws therein.
