OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Period The "Canadian Roaster of the Year" Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Roasters Pack Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins on June 26, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 2, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter There are two (2) methods of entry into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning:

• Method 1 – Newsletter Subscription Entry (Automatic): During the Promotion Period, visit www.theroasterspack.com and successfully opt-in to join the official email newsletter list by submitting a valid email address. Opting into the newsletter will automatically generate one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must remain subscribed to the newsletter at the time of the drawing to remain eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

• Method 2 – Alternative Free Entry (No Email/Newsletter Subscription Necessary – AMOE): To enter without signing up for the newsletter, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: The Roasters Pack Inc., Attn: Canadian Roaster of the Year Giveaway, 87 Wade Ave, Unit 101, Toronto, ON, M6H 1P5. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by the Sponsor no later than July 2, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) A total of six (6) Grand Prizes are available to be won, distributed randomly among drawn winners as follows:

• One (1) 12-Month Coffee Subscription Grand Prize: Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) up to $500 CAD.

• One (1) 6-Month Coffee Subscription Grand Prize: ARV up to $200 CAD.

• Four (4) 3-Month Coffee Subscription Grand Prizes: ARV up to $100 CAD each.

The total ARV of all available prizes is approximately up to $1,100 CAD.

Prizes will be fulfilled via shipment arrangements directly through www.theroasterspack.com. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts. Prizes are not geographically allocated across Canada and the United States, and will be drawn at random from the entire collective pool of eligible entries. Limit of one (1) prize per household.

5. Winner Selection and Notification On July 3, 2026, six (6) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible digital and mail-in entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address used to enter within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the date sent, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to conduct up to three (3) alternate drawings, after which any remaining unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

6. Skill-Testing Question & Clearance Before being declared an official winner, each selected potential winner residing in Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or phone as required by Canadian law. Winners may also be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

7. Odds of Winning The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received via all entry methods during the Promotion Period.

8. General Conditions

1. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. In accordance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), entrants may unsubscribe from the marketing newsletter at any time after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and winner verification without penalty. Withdrawing consent to receive marketing emails after the selection period does not affect or invalidate a prize that has already been won. Unsubscribing during the Promotion Period will void the automatic entry.

3. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, bug, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

4. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, creating multiple/fake email accounts, or acting in violation of these rules.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, email service providers, software platforms, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry or data information; (b) technical, network, or server failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (d) electronic, printing, or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation.

10. Privacy Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes and to send marketing emails in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.theroasterspack.com/privacy-policy. Entrants can opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of each email. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties except as necessary to administer this Sweepstakes or as required by law.

11. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city/province/state of residence, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes across social, web, and email channels without additional compensation or review.

12. Disputes and Governing Law This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. By entering, each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
