Rooibos Zeste Éclair by Camellia Sinensis

Contrary to popular belief, Rooibos is a plant of the legume family, rather than the tea family, and contains zero caffeine. The result is what is commonly referred to as "Red-Tea", with a unique earthy flavour that can be consumed at any time of day!

This version, embellished with pieces of grapefruit and lemongrass, is as refreshing as the sunrise over the South African mountains where it came from.

Ingredients: rooibos, apple, orange, grapefruit (flavour), cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, coconut, lemongrass, pink peppercorn, cornflower and currant.
