Meet Sirene Chocolate's Mayan Spice 73% - a wonderful spicy savoury flavour that works very well with the Guatemalan cacao. The chocolate flavour comes through first, and the spice slowly creeps in. The spice is comfortable, and does not kill the chocolate flavour. You don’t taste the garlic and cilantro flavour per se. They are there to offer a more well-rounded savoury flavour, but are not too pronounced. However, if you are those people that detest cilantro, you will likely pick up on the cilantro here. 

Chocolate is nut free, soy free, and gluten free.
