Shipping is free for Canada & USA.

Why You’ll Love It:

Find three distinct matcha’s for you to discover:

  • Pluck - Premium Organic Ceremonial Matcha (30g) : Sourced from a certified organic farm in Kagoshima, this matcha has exceptional deep umami flavour and a brilliant colour. 15-20 servings.
  • Hokusan - Niju Ceremonial Matcha (40g): From Fukuoka, Japan, this matcha is perfect for that morning matcha latte or tea. You'll find sweet and floral forward characteristics, followed by a rich finish. 20-25 servings.
  • Cultivate Tea - Matcha Kakegawa (50g): This is a vibrant matcha, from Shizuoka, perfect for lattes. Its fresh, bright aroma and smooth texture create a creamy foam, and when mixed with milk, its rich green color transforms into a beautiful pastel. 30-35 servings.

Support Local: Each matcha is specifically curated from local Canadian small-batch tea companies.

HAVE QUESTIONS?

When will this ship? Where do you ship? Is shipping free?

This will ship in 1-3 business days. You will receive your order in 1-6 business days after it has shipped! Shipping with expedited services.

We’re shipping from Toronto, Ontario. Orders to Canada & the USA will ship for free! International orders will have an associated shipping fee - you can choose your preferred shipping speed during the checkout.

How many cups of matcha does this make?

It's best to use 1-2g of matcha for 65g-100g of water; depending on your preferred intensity.

In total, you'll receive 80g of matcha across the three types (30g + 30g + 20g); which means you should be able to make about 80 cups!

How do I make matcha?

Sift the desired amount of Matcha using a matcha sifter.*

Heat the chawan (bowl) with hot water.

Discard this water and wipe bowl with a clean cloth.

Depending on the desired intensity measure between 1 g and 2 g ( 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of sifted Matcha to the centre of the bowl.

Carefully pour between 65 ml and 100 ml of water at 75°C onto the tea.

Whisk vigorously with a Chasen (Matcha whisk) for around 30 seconds until an even foam develops.

Taste and enjoy!

ABOUT THE ROASTERS PACK ☕️

"After trying a coffee from a specialty roaster, I was blown away by the depth of flavour. I wanted to try and learn more. But, surprisingly, it’s really tough to explore new coffee and new roasters.

That led us to tackle this problem, and have built a product that is everything we’d want in a coffee subscription.

Specialty cafes are more than just coffee - and matcha is one of those artisanal products we’ve loved trying and exploring at our local cafes.

This flight is another manifestation of that exploration. The best matchas from small-batch Canadian tea companies, exploring unique terroir, varietals and processing methods!"
