Spilt Milk is Revelstoke's Australian-inspired specialty roaster, co-owned by John Pierce and Lauren Webster. For almost 10 years they operated as Dose Coffee, a beloved local fixture, until a forced name change meant starting fresh. The tagline says it all: "Better after every spill."
