Meet DesBarres' Semuliki. This 72% dark chocolate bar features beans from the Bundibugyo region in Western Uganda. The cacao resulted in a slightly darker chocolate in colour and very distinct flavour from any of our other bars. We taste flavours that include spice and jammy fruits, or even a mulled wine, on a background of deep chocolate.

Chocolate is vegan, and gluten free.
