Growing up on his family’s farm in Santa Maria, Huila, Diego Horta learned every aspect of cultivation from his parents. That foundation inspired him to push boundaries with specialty coffee, focusing on rare varieties and modern processing. Today, his farm beautifully balances family tradition with innovation.
For this expressive Pink Bourbon lot, Diego used a meticulous anaerobic washed process: cherries undergo a 12-hour oxidation stage before being depulped and fermented in sealed bags for 30 hours, then dried slowly over 15 days.
Expect a refined, sweet cup bursting with dark cherry, prune, and a bright twist of pomelo.
