"It is indeed pretty rare that we have access to Zambian coffee with this cup quality. Zambia has been producing coffee for decades, but are just starting to enter specialty territory with these perfectly processed lots. This is the first coffee I’ve ever tried from Zambia, and while I can’t speak much to Zambian coffee as a whole, I can say that this particular coffee is incredible, and it’s been fun to serve at our lab, both on espresso and filter."
