Meet Hawa Matcha's Houjicha Powder. Houjicha is a roasted green tea that is very low in caffeine compared to matcha. While commonly enjoyed as a loose leaf tea, we are excited to offer a stone-milled preparation that can be enjoyed straight or as a latte.
Our exclusive blend is brought to you by award-winning producer Inoueさん from Uji, Kyoto. For this particular blend, only first spring harvest tea leaves are carefully picked and slow-roasted to preserve the flavors of the tea.
