Meet Yame Hojicha, a hojicha powder from Yame Miryokuen, a five-farmer co-op that’s been crafting tea since 1996. Light in colour but big on flavour, it whisks into a silky caramel latte with bright, floral notes and a lingering aftertaste that keeps pulling you back — a refreshing, summertime counterpoint to our darker Uji hojicha.
