Expect fresh, grassy aromas paired with a creamy texture that feels both indulgent and refined. You’ll also find a perfect balance between soft sweetness and savoury umami, rounded out by nutty undertones and a crisp, clean finish. 15-20 servings.
- Asahina Matcha (50g): Located in mountains blessed with cool, clear water and natural surroundings, Asahina is famed for Tencha, the freshly picked tea leaves that will later be crafted into ceremonial matcha, produced in Shizuoka Prefecture. 35-40 servings
- Rocky's Matcha - Organic Kogacha Blend (20g) : rocky’s matcha Organic Kogacha Blend Matcha is an organic, ceremonial grade blend comprised of first-flush leaves of three carefully harvested cultivars: Yabukita, Okumidori, and Saemidori. This unique blend has been produced in partnership with fourth-generation tea producers Kogacha Gyo—a family-ran farm based in Yame, Japan. Kogacha features a lighter flavour profile with a subtle chocolate-like sweetness and hints of nori and umami. Due to its intensive cultivation and subsequent certification process, organic matcha is typically more difficult to source. But its pure taste cannot be replicated—making it an ideal blend for enthusiasts to enjoy alone or paired with a preferred milk. 15-20 servings.

We’re shipping from Toronto, Ontario. Orders to Canada & the USA will ship for free! International orders will have an associated shipping fee - you can choose your preferred shipping speed during the checkout.
How many cups of matcha does this make?
It's best to use 1-2g of matcha for 65g-100g of water; depending on your preferred intensity.
In total, you'll receive 80g of matcha across the three types (30g + 30g + 20g); which means you should be able to make about 80 cups!
How do I make matcha?
Sift the desired amount of Matcha using a matcha sifter.*
Heat the chawan (bowl) with hot water.
Discard this water and wipe bowl with a clean cloth.
Depending on the desired intensity measure between 1 g and 2 g ( 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of sifted Matcha to the centre of the bowl.
Carefully pour between 65 ml and 100 ml of water at 75°C onto the tea.
Whisk vigorously with a Chasen (Matcha whisk) for around 30 seconds until an even foam develops.
