Carrizal Decaf - Rooftop Coffee Roasters (Fernie, BC)

"I want our decaf to be approachable and easy-drinking while still being versatile and layered, and this one hits the mark. The creamy base of milk chocolate and caramel keeps this coffee comfy and sweet, while the subtle fruity flourish of pear keeps it interesting."

I have to say that Rooftop's coffees never fail, and I'm always happy their roast style as well as sourcing. Common Goal has a great relationship with Ricardo Zelaya, and combined with Rooftop's roasting of this coffee, this decaf is *chefs kiss*.
