Meet Matcha Uji, a ceremonial grade matcha sourced from second generation producers, the Osafumi brothers. This matcha blend is produced Uji, near Kyoto, and more precisely in Ujitawara, the birthplace of Nagatani Soen, inventor of the Sencha style. You'll find this matcha to have good aroma, deep umami flavour, and coupled with an earthy sweetness.
