This coffee is from a three-time Cup of Excellence producer, Eudoro Guillen! This coffee has a lot of layers of complexity to it, but still is the perfect day-starter cup. Expect notes of dark chocolate, a caramel sweetness and a red apple lingering finish.

We would describe this coffee as one-step above a “classic” Nicaraguan-washed coffee; it has a lot of layers of complexity to it. 

As it cools, you'll notice layers of fruity sweetness, alongside notes of dark chocolate, and caramel.

This coffee was produced by Eudoro Guillen, and his coffee stands out for good reason. His farm has impressed judges at the Cup of Excellence competition three times, with the latest farm placing 18th in 2022.
