Colombia is one of the origins where some of the most adventurous processing techniques are being created - and as a result, some of the most adventurous tasting notes. This coffee underwent a 96 hour anerobic natural processing; and it shows up in the cup. Expect to drink this and ask 'is this even coffee?'
