The co-founder of Homeground, Elysia Tan, is the World Brewers Cup 2022 2nd Runner up and the Singapore Brewers Cup Champion 2019 and 2022 - and this is your opportunity to try some of the best coffees in the world.
Don't think Homeground know how to pick a good Colombian? Well, when Elysia competed (and did exceptionally well) at the World Brewers Cup, she was using a Colombian. Enough said, right?
This one is a varietal mix of a pink bourbon and castillo - however, the most consequential thing for it's taste profile would be the natural anerobic processing, bringing those big juicy red and purple notes (drinking this coffee and you might start seeing colours... in a good way).
