Shady Lane - Quietly Coffee

Shady Lane is an elevated take on traditional coffee.

To create Shady Lane, Quietly Coffee uses gentle and precise roasting techniques to make the coffee low in acidity, and chocolatey in flavour but void of any burnt taste. 

To allow the terroir of the origin to come through, Quietly Coffee specifically sources coffees from origins that present deeply sweet chocolate flavours. 

This current iteration is a Copey De Dota, Costa Rica with tasting notes of brown sugar and orange chocolate. This coffee was roasted on Monday, January 23rd ,2023 - hence the very good price :)
