Lynsey sent me a bunch of samples, and this one had to be selected from the cupping table! It's a bright and sparkly coffee with nice berry notes, and goes very well with milk as well.

Who is Sorellina Coffee?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lynsey Hayes transitioned from viticulture to joining her brother at Roasti Coffee Co. in 2017, before launching Sorellina Coffee. Inspired by her brother and named Sorellina ('Little Sister' in Italian), her focus on small-lot coffees blends classical and innovative terroirs, aiming to make coffee enjoyable and accessible.

We caught up with Lynsey Hayes to learn about her journey into coffee.
