This iteration is a blend of two super interesting coffees - a Rwandan naturally processed and a pink bourbon varietal from Colombia. What should you expect?
The fruit and fresh acidity from the Rwandan pairs perfectly with the caramel and long finish of the Colombian. We find that this cold brew tastes like strawberry jam on buttered toast!
This 100g bag makes a 1:9 concentrate. Grind it up, put it in a mason jar, and wait 16-24 hours.
