“My personal favourite natural processed coffee year after year. It’s clean, loaded with tropical fruit flavours like mango and pineapple, and has a finish that reminds us of blueberry jam.”

Café Pista

Pista kicked things off in 2014 with a coffee-bike—yep, a pedal-powered espresso machine they rolled out to festivals, markets, and public spaces to bring specialty coffee straight to the people. Two years later, they settled into a brick-and-mortar spot in Montreal’s Rosemont neighbourhood, where they’ve been serving up excellent coffee with laid-back, professional vibes ever since. Their love for good design and art runs deep, showing up in everything from the café aesthetic to the details on their coffee bags. It’s specialty coffee with style, approachability, and a whole lot of pedal-powered heart.
