We designed this coffee to taste as festive as possible, and with we’ve got three incredible coffees contributing to this very merry blend (25% Peru, 25% Colombia, 50% Tanzania).
It took a lot of sampling, roasting, tasting, and experimenting for Dustin, our Director of Coffee, but he definitely nailed this blend.
In the aroma, you can expect mild nuttiness, sweet malt with fruitiness reminiscent of mulled wine, grapes, and cherries.
In the cup, be ready for deep complexity. Those cherry and mulled wine aromas are there for a reason, and this cup starts with those jammy deep red notes, followed by some mild cashew, dark chocolate, and brown sugar finish.
